Be aware that my work can bring to light/activate uncomfortable emotions/sensations which have been held in habitual physical, mental or emotional patterns. After a session, you may feel certain emotions for no reason or the intensification of an emotional response to an apparently "outer" circumstance. This is because the emotion (your own energy) has been 'unstuck' and is finally able to be felt. This is temporary if the emotion is relaxed into and fully felt, without analyzation, rationalization or any story created to uphold it or explain it away. "Stuck" or resisted emotions are just your own energy inhibited from moving. Once released/reactivated, they turn back into energy available to you as life force/creativity.
Some clients have also reported strange physical sensations or even spontaneous structural adjustments in the days after a session. This is simply the body remembering health and moving toward it.
Other clients have no obvious reaction and simply enjoy the deep relaxation provided by these sessions, or they just feel better, enjoy life more, digest better, or poo better. Let your experience be your own, and realize that words have a limited ability to describe what's actually happening.
